We were called out to assist a client with a problem; he had ordered a replacement heat exchanger for his pool but unfortunately found it was too heavy and bulky to be transported through the house and into the back garden.

We assessed the options and suggested the right course of action was to remove a section of a partition wall on one opening and on the other, the double glazed door and it’s frame. This enabled the unit to be wheeled through to the garden.

We finished off the job by replacing the doors and frames back to their original condition and repairing the partition wall.

We completed this job during the Coronavirus lockdown, therefore following all social distancing guidelines and fully risk assessed for Covid-19 prior to carrying out the work. The client contacted us on the Thursday afternoon and we completed the job on the Saturday morning, ready for the pool maintenance company’s arrival on the Monday.
