Project Summary
We were asked to refurbish the staff and student toilets as well as create a brand new café complete with an outdoor seating area.
The update of the toilets included sanitaryware, ventilation, flooring, electrics and decoration.
Works in the new café included asbestos removal, suspended ceiling, new doors, electrical & mechanical works, floor coverings and decoration. We also supplied and fitted out the kitchen.
A pergola was erected in the heated outside seating area, as well as two types of flooring and planters. A music system was also installed. We liaised closely together with the client, interior designers and sub-contractors at all times to create a stunning project we were very proud of.
