Rachael Deas

Rachael originally qualified as a Nursery Nurse. Following a varied career, mostly in estate agency, travel and education, she became the Admin and Finance Manager for a primary school. During this position, Rachael oversaw all four school budgets, managed the office staff and HR requirements and was also PA to the Headteacher. Following a relocation, Rachael worked as Clerk to Governors for a local school, during which time she set up Green Light Contracts in 2014. As well as taking care of the accountancy, administration and social media side of the business, Rachael also supports companies with HR or Admin related advice through Green Light Contracts’ Management Consultancy service.
